How we work
Our prices are inclusive of the hire of the equipment, deliver, set up and collection after your event is over. Our experienced team can assist you in choosing and setting up your room and colour scheme before your big day. We have an adept team of people that can create bespoke and exquisite finishes that perfectly compliment your theme for your special day. No matter the size or theme of your venue, The Welsh Chair Cover Company can supply the perfect seating.
Our minimum charge is inclusive of set up, so you can be sure that everything will look and feel perfect for your special day. We have extensive experience, and all of our staff are fully trained so that we can guarantee a professional and flawless setup. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Keeping High Standards
All chair covers and embellishments are taken care of and dry cleaned in-house after every use. Our chair covers are stored in a secure facility away from our showroom. This keeps them as pristine as possible for every event. We ensure that all chair covers and embellishments are maintained to the very highest standard and are immaculate when you hire them.
If you are looking for inspiration or wish to visit our showroom, please contact our team to arrange an appointment. As we operate at two separate locations, it is only possible for us to operate our showroom on an appointment-only basis. Our team can schedule appointments for after 5 pm if this is something that you require. Walk-ins will not be available, so please call ahead of time to arrange your visit.
After the Event
When your event is over, our team will liaise with your venue to organise pick up and removal of our chairs and chair covers, so you don’t have to worry about it. We ensure that everything is taken care of so that you don’t need to!
